About the Role
  • Work with families in their homes and communities to provide intensive support tailored to their needs.
  • Foster a culture of flexibility with part-time and casual roles available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based interventions, including parenting strategies and practical life skills coaching to enhance family safety and wellbeing outcomes.
  • Support families to access community resources, education, and employment pathways.
  • Engage in early intervention strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes through home visits.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver wrap-around support and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Document and maintain case notes in accordance with legislative and organizational requirements.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in frameworks such as Circle of Security, Parents under Pressure, Safe and Together, and Shark Cage.
