We are seeking an experienced SDA Accommodation Manager to join our team at SDA Living Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the assessment, planning, and onboarding of residents into SDA properties across South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania.
- Provide expert advice on SDA, NDIS plans, and budgets to ensure residents receive adequate support.
- Liaise with Allied Health professionals, Support Coordinators, and other stakeholders to plan and transition residents into their new homes.
- Organize property modifications, assistive technology, or other support requirements prior to entry.
- Ensure a timely, efficient, and respectful onboarding process.
- Complete administration tasks associated with the onboarding process.
- Continuously improve service delivery through feedback and evaluation.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in disability services, social work, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of SDA and NDIS.
- Extensive experience working with people with disabilities, ideally in an SDA or Supported Independent Living setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Commitment to the principles of choice, control, and independence for people with disability.
- Ability to travel interstate as required.
