About the Position

We are seeking a leader for the Site Coordinator role in Greensborough. As Site Coordinator, you will provide leadership and guidance to a team of Support Workers who deliver individualised support in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). You will lead person-centred practice (Active Support) to your teams, ensuring a high-quality service is provided to individuals in their homes and the community.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver individualised support in SDA
  • Implement and maintain person-centred practice (Active Support) to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure support provided is consistent with legislative requirements, funding agreements, and organisational policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including individuals, families, and community members
  • Manage various databases, systems, and software relating to multiple clients, staff, and funding bodies
Your Skills and Experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or a similar discipline
  • Understanding of NDIS and Supported Independent Living (SIL) operational guidelines and Home & Living supports
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Familiarity with Behaviour Support Planning and Positive Behaviour Support
  • Knowledge of government funding expectations, invoicing, policies, and current practice in the delivery of services to people with disability or ageing, their families, and carers
