International Tax Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice to clients navigating the complexities of global mobility and related tax matters. Your exceptional analytical skills and expertise in employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy administration and strategic placement will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
With a strong focus on client satisfaction, you will work closely with senior executives to provide holistic international and Australian tax support. This may involve providing guidance on managing tax obligations arising from the employee/employer relationship, including employment taxes, international payroll and employee share schemes.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and young national team within our Workforce Advisory business, driving growth and innovation through your contributions. Our collaborative culture and commitment to professional development ensure that you will have access to ongoing training and mentorship opportunities.

- Expertise in employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy administration and strategic placement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate timelines, action plans and milestones.
- A proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients, coupled with a commitment to client service.
- Previous experience working in a consulting practice or executing on both compliance and advisory work for clients.
- Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates or employment taxes.
- Ability to work with large data and strong excel and/or data analytics skills will be favourable.
