Join a dynamic team as a Tax Specialist, focusing on ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the business to provide expert tax advice and support for complex corporate tax issues.
  • Coordinate annual R&D tax incentive claims and liaise with external advisors and internal project managers.
  • Oversee quarterly management service fees and allocation to global subsidiaries or branches.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in corporate tax, VAT, TP issues, including CFCs, tax consolidation, foreign tax offsets.
  • Chartered Accountant/CPA with 5+ years of tax experience, preferably in a corporate or international accounting firm.
  • Implementation of Pillar 2 regulations in the ANZ region, managing tax audits and litigations.
