We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a proven track record of delivering large scale, high-risk, and/or complex projects from inception through to completion.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality project delivery, coordinating staff, liaising with clients and government bodies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the delivery of land development projects from initial concept through to title registration.
  2. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct thorough site analysis and prepare accurate quotes for clients.
  4. Liaise proactively with clients, government agencies, councils, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  5. Apply project management methodologies to identify challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure financial performance within delegation limits.
  6. Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to tender processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience managing large land development projects.
  2. High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to lead meetings and provide advice on land tenure and regulatory matters.
  4. Project Management qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
