
Senior Land Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a proven track record of delivering large scale, high-risk, and/or complex projects from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality project delivery, coordinating staff, liaising with clients and government bodies, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of land development projects from initial concept through to title registration.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough site analysis and prepare accurate quotes for clients.
- Liaise proactively with clients, government agencies, councils, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Apply project management methodologies to identify challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure financial performance within delegation limits.
- Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to tender processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large land development projects.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead meetings and provide advice on land tenure and regulatory matters.
- Project Management qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
