BizCover seeks a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our high-growth technology initiative. This role is focused on developing and deploying resilient AI and ML solutions that enhance business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in AI and MLOps, with proficiency in Python and experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, or Docker.

  • Develop and deploy AI-powered processes, including risk assessment, claims automation, and customer solutions.
  • Manage CI/CD processes for AI/ML systems to ensure reliable and rapid deployment.
  • Deploy and integrate foundation models into business applications.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure AI products seamlessly integrate with existing systems.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune AI/ML models based on real-world feedback and requirements.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with multi-agent frameworks involving voice and conversational AI is advantageous but not mandatory.
