Supervisor Security Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across all sites, developing and implementing security strategies to prevent and respond to incidents, conducting regular risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of security professionals to ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and assets.
  • Develop and implement security strategies to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement mitigating measures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination on security matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to security.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading teams with multi-faceted security operations.
  • Current NSW Security Licence Class 1A, 2A.
  • Current class C driver's licence (unrestricted).
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience using, installing, and programming security equipment (CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control).
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and utilise critical thinking skills.
  • Commitment to customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, mentor, engage, and recognise team achievements.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Security Risk Management, Security Risk Analysis, or Frontline Management.
  • Current NSW Security Licence 2BCD.
