This position is responsible for supporting and advancing enterprise network infrastructure across data centers and cloud-integrated platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- 5-10 years of experience with LAN, wireless LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and wireless LAN networks.
- Extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
- Proficiency in Cisco routers, switches, WLC, and access points.
- Incident diagnosis and resolution, including second- and third-level network support.
- Design, provisioning, upgrading, capacity planning, and performance testing of the network.
- Production of network diagrams, technical documentation, test plans, reports, and records regarding infrastructure solutions.
- SLA and KPI maintenance, ensuring current requirements are met.
- Effective communication skills.
- CCNP or higher certification.
- Cisco firewall expertise.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
- Experience working with global clients and managed services projects.
- Understanding of incident management, problem management, change management, and service requests along with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- Able to work on change requests for existing WAN, LAN, and wireless LAN environments.
- Asset management and documentation capabilities.
- Knowledge of Splunk log management and Wireshark network troubleshooting tools.
