Job Title: Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist.

This role involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of network and system infrastructure to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and reliability across all systems.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, configuring, and deploying scalable and robust computer networks, including LANs, WANs, and wireless systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and implementing comprehensive network security frameworks, including firewalls, IDPS, VPNs, and secure access controls.
  2. Administering and monitoring both physical and virtual server infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving complex network and system issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of business operations.
  4. Monitoring and analyzing network performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  5. Planning and executing network upgrades, expansions, and technology refresh initiatives to support evolving business requirements.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand technical needs and deliver effective infrastructure solutions.
  7. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of network configurations, system architectures, troubleshooting procedures, and infrastructure changes.
  8. Generating regular performance and security reports for management and audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
