Job Title:

Infrastructure Technology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Technology Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in implementing and managing enterprise networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and support enterprise networking technologies including switching, routing, VLANs, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Implement and support load balancing technologies including Citrix NetScaler, F5 BIG-IP, and NGINX.
  • Manage on-premises infrastructure, encompassing VMWare, hosts, SANs, and security/reliability updates.
  • Administer Microsoft Azure, O365, and Exchange environments.
  • Maintain Windows Servers, including AD, DHCP, DNS, IIS, Group Policy, and Security Permissions.
  • Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies, leveraging Veeam solutions.
  • Provide low/medium level SQL support.
  • Utilize AD, Entra, and OKTA Identity Access Management (IAM) platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and provide highly technical support.
  • Enhance system monitoring capabilities and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Contribute to IT projects as required, including Linux support and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar technical role.
  • Strong background in systems engineering, with experience in implementing and managing enterprise networking technologies.
  • Experience with network configuration, load balancing technologies, VMWare, and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and identity access management technologies.
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously, while prioritizing when applicable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
