As a workforce specialist, you will work with clients to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of clients
  • Actively engage with 'work ready' clients to secure sustainable employment outcomes
  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing clients from being job ready

You will provide clients with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A confident and trustworthy individual who achieves meaningful results
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations

Candidates with customer-facing backgrounds or life skills are preferred.
