Job Title

Award-winning commercial property group seeks a highly motivated individual to join their Corporate Client division.

Duties:

  • Correspond with stakeholders and respond to correspondence
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
  • Complete ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections
  • Interpret and understand Commercial Leases to action Landlord and Tenant enquiries
  • Undertake research on current market rates and support with rent reviews
  • Manage tenant vacates and the make-good process
  • Ensure Statutory Compliances and Insurances are in place

Key Skills:

  • 12 months commercial or residential property officer or management experience
  • Strong work ethic and desire to pursue a career in Commercial / Asset Management
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate
  • Drivers license and car
