Key Responsibilities

* Drive UX strategy within cross-functional scrum teams, working in partnership with Digital Product Owners and Tech teams.
* Navigate customer and commercial outcomes and trade-offs effectively through voice of customer insights and data.
* Bring a contemporary skill set in UX and Digital Design.
* Work with other experience Design professionals to design and validate ideas with customers and other stakeholders.
* Create lightweight prototypes to enable rapid user feedback cycles.
* Create customer journeys to optimize customer experience or new growth opportunities.
* Constantly update your technical knowledge and skills and drive lessons learned to other team members.

What You'll Bring

* Demonstrated experience as a UX professional in a digitally led business.
* Experience in driving digital adoption in a sales, conversion, and/or service context.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional team.
* Experience in driving and influencing improvements in the digital customer experience.
* Experience working closely with CX and Service Design teams.
* Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools and collaboration platforms such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
* Understand W3C accessibility standards as well as browser-specific bugs and variations.
* Deep knowledge of design patterns and best practices in user experience design.
* Deep knowledge of Agile and design thinking approaches.
