About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our flagship product, CargoWise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality user experiences that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that our product meets the needs of our users.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our product.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply that knowledge to our product.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design.
