About You

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and a minimum of 5 years experience within the Building & Construction or Mining industries. Along with an approachable and positive outlook, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.

Solid experience interpreting Awards is essential, as is the confidence and capability to manage complex ER & IR issues as they arise. A drivers licence and the ability to travel between WA & the NT is essential.
