We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Wills and Estate Planning Consultant. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality, timely services to the community, drafting planning ahead documents and contributing to team performance.
- This includes drafting simple planning ahead documents and contributing to team performance within the Wills and Estates Planning Network.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering services that align with NSW Trustee and Guardian's Customer Excellence Principles, drafting and executing legally compliant Wills and Estate Planning instruments, and coordinating venue hire logistics for Plan Ahead Days and community engagement activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and generate favourable customer outcomes.
About the Role
This ongoing, full-time role requires a Clerk Grade 3/4 qualification and a current driver licence. The successful candidate will be required to travel across NSW as needed and work in the Newcastle office five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake pre- and post-appointment activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Assist with local community engagement events to boost brand awareness and maintain contemporary service delivery through face-to-face and video conferencing.
- Draft and execute legally compliant Wills and Estate Planning instruments and coordinate logistics for Plan Ahead Days and community activities.
- Deliver services that align with NSW Trustee and Guardian's Customer Excellence Principles and contribute to team performance.
