**Marketing Role Overview**

As a skilled digital marketing specialist, you will play a vital part in driving our overall strategic objectives across acquisition, retention, and customer experience.

This role encompasses all facets of digital marketing, including paid search, programmatic, and social media, as well as driving marketing performance through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the performance marketing manager and wider team in delivering activities across the mix.
  • Run paid search, display, native, video, and paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Grow YouTube and Social Media accounts through organic content.
  • Write copy for text ads, native ads, and social media.
  • Prepare reports and analyze campaign performance, using insights to recommend optimizations.
  • Share insights on key market trends and competitor activity.
  • Review and optimize campaign landing pages with the goal of improving conversion rates.
  • Assist with ad hoc department duties.

About You:**

  • You have experience in digital marketing or a similar field.
  • You possess excellent attention to detail.
  • You have a clear understanding of various marketing platforms and how best to communicate on each: Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Analytics 360, Tag Manager 360, Looker Studio, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
  • You have a strong grasp of SEO and ASO principles.
  • You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • You have effective planning and time management skills.
  • You are a collaborative team player.
