Digital Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Manage and optimise paid marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms, including Meta Suite, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon, and TikTok.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and the role of search and social from awareness to conversion.
  • Collaborate with the finance and marketing teams to manage budgets and achieve optimal results.
  • Innovate and continuously evolve campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Utilise data analytics tools to track performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Audit and optimise campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Set up attribution and conversion tracking to measure ROI accurately.
  • Craft compelling ad copy aligned with brand guidelines to drive user actions at various journey stages.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Analyse SEO performance and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Perform A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with the design team, inventory controller, and broader marketing department to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Use customer insights and market research to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
