A Customer Experience Professional with Japanese Skills

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled customer experience specialist to be based in our Yokohama office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer needs through various communication channels
  • Support multiple Agoda products to meet business requirements after receiving necessary training
  • Handle a high volume of inquiries from clients and customers professionally
  • Meet individual KPIs and team goals, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Understand and implement business strategies to enhance customer service via self-service options
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and/or Managers
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
  • Ongoing ownership of customer issues and concerns
