We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing and Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Our Manufacturing and Operations Specialist will work closely with our production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
They will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining equipment, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise.

- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as engineering or business) preferred.
- Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Competitive Compensation:
Starting salary $86,000 per year, with opportunities for up-skilling and career development.
- Family Friendly Roster:
Rotating days/afternoons/nights - 8 hours shifts + 10 days off + 5 weeks Annual Leave.
