About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and collaborate with a dedicated team of health professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Requirements

  • AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
