Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and return-to-work strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage caseloads and provide case management services
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to develop injury prevention programs
  • Work with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counseling
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, or ASORC
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Passion for injury prevention and return-to-work initiatives
