Business Support Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Support Team Leader to oversee our Executive Support and Business Support teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a high-performing team and drive cohesive and effective support services in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in business processes and providing hands-on support during peak times.
  • Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Managing resources and overseeing recruitment for vacant positions.
  • Serving as a point of escalation for complex requests.
  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and opportunities for team development.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve or streamline support processes.
