Job Title: Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Service Operations Manager. As the central point of contact and coordination, you will be responsible for ensuring on-time performance of all services from our operations control centre.

You will coordinate bus services and team members, guaranteeing customers receive a seamless experience each time. This includes maintaining vehicle presentation and representing us with pride.

As a leader, you will provide direction to front-line staff, operating in both normal and critical modes. You must be adaptable, think quickly, confidently problem solve, and work well under pressure.

All team members drive regularly, so you will need an HR licence, WWCC & Driver Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
