Senior Horticultural Professional Role

Landscape management and horticulture specialists are required to direct the day-to-day operations of our gardens, implementing sustainable practices and ensuring exceptional results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, procuring materials, and maintaining high standards in garden care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing staff and scheduling tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Directing operational activities and optimizing processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of plants and their requirements
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems and maintenance
  • Experience in hedging, pruning, and landscaping
  • Skill in green keeping and turf management
  • Pest control and disease treatment expertise
  • Ability to perform paving, fencing, brick laying, and other construction tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Highest level of reliability and punctuality
