Handyman - Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at CBRE GWS, working a night shift schedule. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and corrective repair of assets and building systems across key client sites in the Sydney CBD.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance, and complete maintenance and repair records as required.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems, and review assigned work orders to estimate time and materials needed to complete repair.
- Maintain lighting systems throughout client facilities, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps, and respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
- Complete HSE reports in a timely and consistent manner, and participate in and complete all CBRE training and course material within assigned deadlines.
- Repairs and Maintenance experience within commercial buildings, with experience with testing and Inspection of assets and systems.
- Familiar with Critical Spaces and Plant rooms, and basic HVAC/mechanical knowledge.
- Flexible and willing to take on other tasks where necessary to support overall business outcomes, with relevant and valid OH&S cards.
- Suitable Trade qualifications or experience is desired but not essential, and a valid Driver's License is required.
