Service Line Director – Planning & Assessment Opportunity

This role presents an exceptional chance to lead a multi-disciplinary consulting service line, providing high-quality tailored services across diverse industries. The successful candidate will have a strong network in the APAC region, demonstrated experience in strategic business growth and client relationship management.

About the Service Line

The Planning & Assessment Service Line comprises approximately 170 talented individuals, working together to deliver successful project outcomes. National leads of technical teams within the service line report directly to this position.

This opportunity offers a smooth transition and handover from the existing Service Line Director, ensuring a warm welcome to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations, nurturing technical discipline diversity and key client relationships.
  • Strategise and implement business development and marketing efforts to further diversify the Service Line and grow a sustainable high-performing business.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and active management of the Operations Work-in-Hand pipeline.
  • Prepare annual Service Line budget and manage Operations' working capital in line with agreed targets.

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, good organisation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of project management and financial management processes.
