Administrative Coordinator
A key role supporting our operations team with administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting and data entry to ensure operational efficiency.
This is a part-time opportunity, approximately 25 hours per week. We are open to offering this as a full-time role for the right candidate.
About the JobWe are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Docklands.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Field Operations team, assist with preparation of reports, schedules and operational documentation, maintain accurate data entry and record keeping in business systems and support communication between field teams, head office and other stakeholders.

- Assist with preparation of reports, schedules and operational documentation
- Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping in business systems
- Support communication between field teams, head office and other stakeholders
- Manage logistics for training, meetings and site visits
- Experience in administration, coordination or operations support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
