The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Create bespoke itineraries that meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Drive sales growth by converting enquiries into bookings and maximizing value from each opportunity.
  • Coordinate all aspects of client bookings, ensuring seamless delivery of trips.
  • Conduct quality checks on travel documents to ensure accuracy and high quality.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and development to enhance sales skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Familiarize yourself with destination countries through regular visits and inspections, sharing insights with colleagues and the product team.

Expected Outcomes

  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and confirmation documents that inspire clients.
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets, including booking numbers and profit.
