Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Travel Experience Creator. This is an exciting opportunity to craft unforgettable travel experiences for clients and contribute to the growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences
  • Sell and coordinate transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities
  • Handle payments and book travel arrangements
  • Craft trip itineraries and make personalized travel arrangements for clients

Requirements:

  • Preferred experience working in the travel industry or similar
  • Experience traveling to Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Borneo, and Thailand
  • High level of resilience, tenacity, and critical thinking
  • Independence and self-motivation for personal and professional development
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
