About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Clinical Governance Business Partner to support the delivery of tools, frameworks and business processes that foster quality clinical and care outcomes. The role will also act as the conduit between Quality and Operations to ensure that ECH INC remain accreditation-ready and support the engagement and communication with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) on behalf of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a true partnering service across the organisation to collect and analyse data to enhance service delivery and ensure all clinical and care risks are appropriately mitigated.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and be responsible for the integration of the strengthened aged care quality standards into clinical and care practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to influence, educate and drive the required outcomes in the role.
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration (Nursing) is required for this role.
  • An innate understanding of the Aged-Care Quality Standards and/or community care will be highly desirable.
