Seeking Dedicated Care Professionals for Afternoon Shifts

We are currently recruiting experienced care workers and new graduates to join our dynamic team of afternoon shift staff.

This position is for afternoon shifts only, with the opportunity to work higher-paying weekend shifts available. We offer competitive pay rates and shift allowances, as well as a supportive and caring work environment.

As an Assistant Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering excellent care through a person-centered approach and assisting Registered Nurses in providing high-quality care to our residents.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills and be part of a dedicated team that makes a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities include interacting with residents, families, and friends in a helpful and positive manner, completing reporting and documentation based on our policies and procedures, working collaboratively as part of a team, and providing quality support to residents with their activities of daily living.

Required skills and experience include demonstrated ability to work to required resident outcomes, availability to work different shifts, previous experience in a similar role in Aged Care (desirable but not essential), and qualified with a Certificate III in Individual Support or currently studying a nursing degree and have completed an Aged Care clinical placement.

We offer unique training programs, flexible shifts, and the opportunity to pick up extra shifts for additional income if desired.

The base pay rate shown in this advert details the base rate for a care worker entry level to advanced level working Mon-Sunday afternoon shifts, including additional shift allowances and loadings.
