Personal Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Worker to join our dedicated team at St Paul's Aged Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centered care to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment for our residents.
  • Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the best experience for all.
  • Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
  • Experience in Aged Care or a similar role
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable)
  • Current Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
