In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare's Values. You will play a crucial role in resident's overall wellbeing.

Your primary functions will include:

  • Personal Care: Assisting with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.\
  • Mobility support: Helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions including from a bed to a wheelchair.\
  • Monitoring health: Observing and reporting any changes in the resident's health or behavior.\
  • Meal Assist: Supporting residents with their dietary requirements ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.\
  • Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition.\
  • Collaboration: Working closely with healthcare professionals, nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure the best possible care for our residents.\
  • Continuous improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of care and services delivered.\\[hr]\Required Skills & Qualifications\
