As a Centre Director, you will play a key role in leading our team and developing strategies to promote positive outcomes for children.

This includes leading, managing, motivating and mentoring a team of educators, as well as undertaking administrative duties such as app usage, emails, accounts, rostering and enrolments.

You will also be responsible for liaising with families, guiding educator professional development and performance, and ensuring an inclusive and safe educational environment for all children.

In addition, you will be involved in marketing the service alongside the marketing team, organising informal events for the centre, and maintaining and assuring the high quality of the service in consideration of the National Quality Standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can bring their expertise and passion for early childhood education to our centre.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma of Children's Services or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood, and significant leadership experience.
