Job Description

As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

  • Food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions, and buffet service
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
  • Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy
  • Assist and liaise with chef on duty as required
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A commercial cookery qualification (Cert III or IV)
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry
  • Familiarity with food safety and WHS legislation
  • Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong time management skills with multitasking capabilities
