Job Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our dynamic team at the Cottesloe clinic. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an outstanding client experience, helping them manage their hearing health, and ensuring optimal outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be resilient and self-motivated, have intermediate computer skills, and a genuine interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids. Prior experience in customer service/administration is essential for this role.
You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing their experience for seamless transitions, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to our clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists), and efficiently managing day-to-day operations of the clinics.
This is a purpose-driven role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
