Hearing Health Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service professional to join our team in Western Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people and providing excellent customer service. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Providing administrative support to clinicians
- Managing the day-to-day operations of clinics, including opening and closing procedures
- Handling phone lines and shared email inboxes
- Billing clients accurately and processing payments
- Learning and using software applications
Requirements include:
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
- A passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Focus on results and achieving the best outcomes for clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about hearing aid features and basic repair/maintenance
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
