We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our workshop team.

The Role

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of skilled mechanical fitters and apprentices. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and scheduling mechanical works.
  • Supervising and mentoring maintenance personnel in daily activities and tasks.
  • Ensuring the quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of all works.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Australian Recognised Trade Qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2+ years' Supervision experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years' post-trade experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience working with Screens and Crushers.
  • S26 supervisor qualification.
  • Appointed Persons qualification - Section 44.
