Organizations seeking an experienced procurement and contracts professional are looking for a candidate to manage the development, implementation, and review of procurement and contract management policies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing procurement plans, processes, and procedures
  • Leading tendering, contract administration, and supplier engagement activities
  • Managing key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for cost savings
  • Providing coaching and support to staff on procurement best practices
  • Overseeing inventory control and store operations
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, contract management, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in procurement, tendering, and contract management
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Strong understanding of compliance and reporting requirements
  • Desirable: local government experience
