We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strategies to attract top talent, and strengthening relationships with clients.


You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to source and place skilled professionals. With a transparent commission structure, our consultants regularly achieve strong results and can be supported to reach their potential.



Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer extensions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent, including creating job descriptions, advertising job openings, and conducting interviews.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive account management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and engage in client and industry events to ensure clients benefit from valuable insights.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong account management and lead generation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering results.
  • A background in 360 Recruitment within an agency setting, with a focus on blue-collar and white-collar sectors.
  • Outstanding candidate and client relationship skills, with a positive, energetic, and resilient approach.
  • A team-first attitude with a drive for success, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
