Job Title: Employability Skills Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced career professional to deliver, facilitate and administer assessments, training and support services to employability skills program participants.

  • Promote the employability skills program and its benefits
  • Support and guide participants to identify their skills and secure employment opportunities
  • Develop personalized career development plans for participants
  • Organize, plan, implement and facilitate training programs to enhance employability skills
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organizations to create job placement opportunities
