As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for empowering clients to achieve their employment goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into sustainable employment.

  • Identify and explore client goals and aspirations.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to achieve employment outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following attributes and experience:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for clients/employers.
