Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team on a 13-14 month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans.
- Design and develop innovative visual merchandising concepts, including window displays, in-store fixtures, and point-of-sale materials.
- Maintain and update visual merchandising guidelines and asset management systems.
- Manage budgets and vendors to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong project planning and management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to visual merchandising.
Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
