**Job Overview**

We're seeking an experienced Retail Development Manager to join our team on a 13-14 month fixed-term contract. This role will play a crucial part in driving retail branding and visual merchandising strategies across all stores and channels.


**Responsibilities**

This position requires strong project planning and management skills, with experience in retail POSM solutions, advertising, marketing, corporate identity, brand management, sales promotion, and digital. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing branding and artwork to enhance the corporate brand image across all projects
  • Collaborating with internal teams to execute innovative window concepts, displays, and trade marketing POS solutions
  • Managing creative assets, including key visuals, product images, and lifestyle assets for print
  • Working cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, category launches, and brand messaging calendars
  • Maintaining high standards of visual image and ensuring consistent execution of global and local visual merchandising strategies


**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail design, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources
  • A structured analytical approach, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive mindset
