Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Accounts Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

  • Weekly payroll processing for 100 employees.
  • Interpreting various employment benefits agreements (EBAs) and awards.
  • Payment of superannuation and tax liabilities.
  • Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments.
  • Bank reconciliations and timely payment of invoices.
  • Handling supplier and customer queries.
  • Versatile reporting duties.
  • Providing support to the finance team as needed.

The successful applicant will possess proven experience in payroll and accounts roles, demonstrating:

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A passion for financial management and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to quickly adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and dedicated attitude.
  • Experience with MYOB is highly desirable.
