Technical Solutions Developer

This role focuses on delivering comprehensive solutions that drive customer success. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, document, and present innovative solutions aligned with the company's products, services, and customer needs.
- Design and deliver end-to-end solution architecture for customer projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements, data security, and performance standards.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and software demonstrations to customers.
- Lead technical requirements for opportunities, including RFIs, EOIs, and RFPs, and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, drive pipeline growth, and support strategic initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice and act as a technical leader in projects, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- Tertiary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of Solution Architecture experience, with a strong focus on PreSales.
- Experience with implementing complex enterprise projects in a mission-critical/high-availability environments is highly desirable.
- Proven and demonstrable professional experience in a presales or equivalent role.
- Public safety domain knowledge or experience with (or understanding of) Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) / Mobile Computing is highly desirable.

- Support the implementation and upholding of architectural governance controls across the SDLC and project management frameworks.
