Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Phone Based Sales Consultant based in Newcastle, NSW. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, providing tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include daily phone calls to clients, consulting with customers, answering queries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the timber flooring industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
