Job Title:
Exceptional Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized sales professional to deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients within the local region.
This role involves driving sales and developing strong customer relationships by aligning our solutions with client needs, growing market share, and enhancing brand visibility in the residential windows and doors market.
About You:- You will be proficient in MS Office and have experience in Oracle and V6 quoting (preferred). Skilled in report generation and analysis, you will also possess clear and respectful communication skills with strong conflict resolution abilities.
- You will deliver high-quality, customer-focused service with a commitment to continuous improvement. As an effective team player, you will collaborate, mentor, and resolve issues to achieve goals.
